Community Update

i had the displeasure of coming into the store to get my ring resized 6/5. I got my engagement ring resized as well as a wedding band. I asked for extra gold to be added.I just found out today rhodium was added instead and they tried to back peddle and say a misunderstanding may have occurred when that was not the case as i know what i said and the difference in the metals. I expected my money back immediately considering i was a long time customer for many years. They didnt offer me my money back, they wanted to see my ring that they broke to try to refix it. I said no way, they didnt do it correctly the first time why would i trust them again. Subsequently ,I had another jeweler fix it and they stated my center stone was broken as well. For the resizing I paid for cost me less than what i paid for all the damages they caused to my ring.This used to be a good jewelry shop, what happened???
