Manjushri is the embodiment of the wisdom of all enlightened beings. The sword in his right hand symbolizes the power of wisdom to cut through ignorance, the root of all suffering.

In this empowerment we can make a heart connection with the Wisdom Buddha and receive a transmission of inspiration and insight. Wisdom brings peace, clarity, deep understanding and beneficial action.

Through drawing close to Manjushri, the inner light of wisdom in our own heart gradually grows until we realize the full illumination and freedom of enlightenment.
