Lane Closings Set on Route 110 in Halesite
Paving for drainage project to curb travel for two nights.
Northbound lanes on Route 110 in Halesite will be closed Tuesday night.
The closings will occur betweeen Creek Road and Young's Hill Road, beginning at 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
On Wednesday, the road between Prime Avenue and Mill Dam Road will be closed, also from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
All northbound traffic will be detoured to local roads and only one southbound travel lane will remain open in these areas. Commercial traffic will not be permitted.
The closures are part of the paving work needed for the $18 million state drainage and safety improvement project.
