Campaigns Keep Up the Push as Voting Begins
Some polling places are reporting heavy turnout.
Huntington residents are going to the polls today to select senators, a governor, and Assembly and state Senate candidates, among other offices.
Some polling sites were reporting relatively heavy traffic but few problems. Voters were coping with new machines and ballots. As voters headed to the polls, several campaigns were still making calls or sending volunteers out onto to streets to hand out materials.
