Suffolk County police charged a man Monday afternoon with possession of stolen goods after an officer spotted him with two bags of items that had been stolen from cars.
Office Robert Lubanski saw the man walking on Roxanne Court with several items, including GPS devices, an iPod and clothing, that had been stolen from vehicles that were parked on Folsom Avenue, Roxanne Court and Vidoni Place.
The man, Gregory Roosa, was charged with five counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Tuesday.
Officers are requesting anyone who believes Roosa was in possession of their property to call the Second Precinct Crime Section at 631-854-8228.
