Halesite Firefighters Knock Out Car Fire
Actions prevent blaze from spreading into Flower Court home.
Halesite firefighters extinguished a car fire Saturday morning and prevented the blaze from spreading into a home.
About 22 firefighters under the command of Chief Dan McConnell were called to the fire on Flower Hill Court.
A burning car was parked against the garage of the occupied home. Firefighters put out the fire, limiting limiting the damage to the car and some melted siding.
