Firefighters from the Halesite department responded Wednesday to several weather-related alarms, including some downed wires.
On Bay Road, a tree limb struck a primary electric line, lighting up the roadway and creating power outages in the area.
Afte the scene was secured by Halesite Fire Department and Huntington Bay Police, LIPA came and begain work on repairs.
