Crime Report: Station Man Arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Tampering with Evidence

The following arrests were made by Suffolk County police officers between Aug. 16-22.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between August 16-22.

Arrests:

  • Stuart Besen, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree in Huntington on Aug. 22.
  • Marlin Avila, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in Huntington Station on Aug. 22.
  • Elmer Yanes, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree in Huntington on Aug. 22.
  • Jake Cassidy, of Cold Spring Harbor, was arrested and charged with criminal solicitation in the third degree, criminal mischief with property valued at $250, and intent to damage property in the third degree in Huntington on Aug. 22.
  • Nestor Presidente, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington Station on Aug. 21.
  • Robert Gerner, of Northport, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 21.
  • James Kirk, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with unlawfully fleeing from a police officer in Huntington Station on Aug. 21.
  • James Franz, of Wheatley Heights, was arrested and charged with DWI in Huntington Station on Aug. 21.
  • Stacey Steve, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with harassment with physical contact, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest in Huntington Station on Aug. 21.
  • Dexter Frampton, of Jamaica, was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI in Huntington Station on Aug. 20.
  • Matthew Duenas, of Smithtown, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 20.
  • Claudia Joseph, of Brentwood, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 19.
  • Canard Breland, of Wheatley Heights was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington on Aug. 19.
  • Goethe Antoine, of Wheatley Heights, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington on Aug. 19.
  • William Thomas, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in Huntington on Aug. 19.
  • James Erickson, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 19.
  • Andrew Puca, of Huntington was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 19.
  • Jennifer Billings, of the Bronx, was arrested and charged with harassment in the second degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 18.
  • Kristopher Johnson, of Kings Park, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana in Huntington Station on Aug. 18.
  • Jose Gonzalez, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in Huntington Station on Aug. 18.
  • Matthew Conrad, of Woodbury, was arrested and charged with possession of a forged instrument in the third degree and unlawful possession of marijuana in Huntington Station on Aug. 17.
  • Brandon Kaufman, of Woodbury, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 17.
  • Shadene Barosy, of Elmont, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington Station on Aug. 17.
  • Charles Hawkins, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, tampering with evidence, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 17.
  • Wymann Wiggins, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 17.
  • Frank Sposato, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with harassment with physical contact in the second degree in Huntington on Aug. 17.
  • Mary Grey, of Centerport, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington on Aug. 17.
  • Valaria Kitter, of Greenlawn, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington on Aug. 17.
  • Geraldine Stuhler, of Melville, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 17.
  • Shaun McKay, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property in Huntington on Aug. 17.
  • Richard Satiro, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with menacing in the third degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 16.
  • Bobby Blankumsee, of Hempstead, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington Station on Aug 16.
  • George Barrett, Jr., of Huntington, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt with physical contact in the first degree in Huntington on Aug 16.
  • Braulio Cepedarodriguez, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with forcible touching in Huntington Station on Aug. 16.
  • Susan Pietsch, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt with physical contact in the first degree in Huntington on Aug. 16.
