Crime Report: Grand Larceny, Drug Possession and Rape

The following information is from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. The defendants were arrested for the charges listed below, but have not yet been convicted of a crime. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Arrests on June 28

Mario Rodriguez Chinchilla from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation and 2nd degree harassment with physical contact.

Michael Nover from East Quogue was arrested in Huntington Station for operating to leave the scene of an accident with property damage.

Geneva McRae from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington for criminal misconduct with the intention to damage property.

Claudie Betts from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree aggravated unlicensed operation with three or more suspensions.

Nicholas Duva from East Northport was arrested in Huntington for 4th degree grand larceny with the value of property at $1000 or more.

Caitlin Roman from Huntington was arrested in Elwood for 4th degree grand larceny with the value of property at $1000 or more.

Clarence Allan Shelton from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and 2nd degree criminal impersonation of another person.
