2nd Precinct arrests March 9-15

Arrests on March 9

  • Robert Bretsch from Huntington was arrested in Huntington for 2nd degree aggravated unlicensed operation, with more than 3 suspensions.
  • Damar White from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for loitering, unlawful use of a controlled substance and 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intention to sell.
  • Ginamarie Leogrande from Lloyd Harbor was arrested in Huntington Station for 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and 2nd degree reckless endangerment.
  • Ardelis Laine from Greenlawn was arrested in Huntington Station for 3rd degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
  • Diana Lawson from Greenlawn was arrested in Huntington Station for petit larceny.


Arrests on March 10

  • Joshua Vanderborg from Melville was arrested in Huntington for issuing a bad check with knowledge of insufficient funds.
  • Eddy Melo Jr. from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for unlawful fleeing from a police officer.
  • Ryan Mustachi from Melville was arrested in Huntington for 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • Yolvi Fernandez from Copiague was arrested in Huntington Station for 5th degree criminal possession of stolen property.
  • Walter Belton from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree criminal possession of a loaded firearm.
