Crime Report: Assault, Possession of Controlled Substance in Huntington and Huntington Station

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. A criminal charge is only an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The following arrests were made between Aug. 22 - Aug. 31.

Arrests:

• Luis Bahler, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 31.
• Lillian Matos, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury in the third degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 31.
• James Levine, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon in Huntington on Aug. 31.
• Richard Stephen, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with menacing with a weapon in the second degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 31.
• Henry Yang, of Melville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington Station on Aug. 31.
• Jose Bonilla, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury in the third degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 30.
• Willie Burton Jr., of Bay Shore, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a firearm in the fourth degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 30.
• Leah George, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree with property valued at $1,000 in Huntington Station on Aug. 30.
• Helena Burwell, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with assault with reckless intentions to cause physical injury in Huntington Station on Aug. 29.
• Mark Mills, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with an execution of a bench warrant in Huntington Station on Aug. 29.
• Shurvell Raheem Rush, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury in the third degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 29.
• Joel Livigni, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington Station on Aug. 28.
• Anthony North, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 28.
• Frederick Stahl III, of Melville, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 28.
• Jayson Santiago, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with the unlawful possession of marijuana in Huntington Station on Aug. 27.
• Miguel Reyes, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 26.
• Maurice Trent, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with violation of the sex offender registry in Huntington on Aug. 26.
• Myron Nesfield, Jr., of Bayshore, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree in Huntington on Aug. 26.
• Elmer Landaverde, of Brentwood, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Huntington on Aug. 26.
• Christine Ruoff, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington Station on Aug. 25.
• Carlos Reyes, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with revoked parole after a conditional release from prison in Huntington Station on Aug. 25.
• Nelson Ennrike, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree and grand larceny of a credit card in the fourth degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 25.
• Christopher Denicola, of Melville, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage in Huntington on Aug. 24
• Kevin O'Neil, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 24.
• Brittany Palazzo, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in Huntington on Aug 24.
• Nicholas Lupo, of Smithtown, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree in Huntington on Aug. 24.
• Kelly Fields, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with petit larceny in Huntington Station on Aug. 24.
• Wilber Iglesias, of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a firearm in the fourth degree in Huntington Station on Aug. 23.
• Joseph O'Connor, of Northport, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief with reckless property damage with property valued at $250 in Huntington on Aug. 23.
