Crime Report: Assault, Drug Possession and Grand Larceny

Second Precinct arrests for June 14-20.

The following information is from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. The defendants were arrested for the charges listed below, but have not yet been convicted of a crime. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Arrests on June 14

Kevin O’Neil from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington for 3rd degree assault with the intention to cause physical injury.

Joseph Martinez from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree criminal contempt – disobeying court.

Karen Grodsky from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree aggravated unlicensed operation with more than 3 suspensions.

Michael Dineen from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for loitering and unlawful use of a controlled substance.

Nikolai Brower from Huntington was arrested in Huntington for 5th degree criminal possession of marijuana in public.

Arrests on June 16

Frank Decesare Jr. from Huntington Bay was arrested in Huntington Bay for 5th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, with the intention to sell and 1st degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Erica Conforti from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree aggravated unlicensed operation with more than 3 suspensions.

Christopher Breitkopf from Massapequa Park was arrested in Huntington Station for 3rd degree grand larceny.

Sean Roche from Huntington was arrested in Huntington for 4th degree criminal mischief and 2nd degree harassment with physical contact.

Brendan Ryan from Kings Park was arrested in Huntington for 2nd degree criminal contempt – disobeying court.

Bruno Monterey Velasquez from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for acting in a manner to injure a child under 17 years of age.

William Coffey from Huntington was arrested in Huntington Station for DWAI combined drugs/alcohol.

Mary Bonsignore from Centerport was arrested in Huntington for 4th degree  stalking at and individual’s place of employment.

Andrea Echevarria from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 1st degree offering to file a false instrument.

Elaine Santiago from Huntington was arrested in Huntington for operating to leave the scene of an accident with property damage.

Nicholas Loucas from Huntington Bay was arrested in Huntington Station for 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests on June 17

Maxine Wright from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for petit larceny.

William Koziatek from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 1st offense DWI and operating to leave the scene of an accident with property damage.

Robert Schopp from East Northport was arrested in Huntington for DWAI combined drugs/alcohol.

Jules Jacquet from Huntington was arrested in Huntington for 1st degree sex abuse.

Kevin Scarola from Smithtown was arrested in Huntington for misapplication of property and refusal to return.

Todd Shaw from Huntington was arrested in Huntington for the criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation.

Arrests on June 18

Luis Menendez from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree aggravated harassment – to communicate/alarm and criminal misconduct for the intention to damage property.

John Leonard from Cold Spring Harbor was arrested in Huntington for 2nd degree burglary of a dwelling.

Charles Canepa from Commack was arrested in Huntington for 4th degree grand larceny with the value of property over $1000.

Johnathan Barrett from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for 2nd degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with more than 3 suspensions.

Jose Carpiocastillo from Huntington was arrested in Huntington for 2nd degree harassment with physical contact.

Richard Brown from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for false personation.
