Huntington HS Class of 2014 and "The Rock"!

Since the Patch doesn't want to cover Huntington High Schools beautiful graduation on Friday night, I just wanted to congratulate all the graduates of the Class of 2014!  An exceptional group of students, who many have been friends since kindergarten.  Congratulations!  Many of us parents are so proud of our children who have worked hard and are being rewarded with successful children going to the best colleges and universities in the country.  Its a shame that those who are staying home playing xbox and laying on couches have to deface "The Rock" out of jealousy.   Our children worked hard through high school to get into good schools, we are proud of them!  So if your kid is one of those that spray painted over "The Class of 2014" rock, good luck to them!   The parents that spent our time and $ on paint during a very busy week, thank you for letting your kid ruin the beautifully painted rock.  It doesn't matter though, because our children are moving onward and upward in the Fall.  And yours are spraying graffiti and hanging out.  Good luck!
