Springtime at the Farm

Welcome Spring with a visit to the Lewis Oliver Farm. Community volunteer activities and events, the Lewis Oliver Country Store and more!

Spring is a springin' and there's no better place to see it than at the Lewis Oliver Farm!

The Forsythia are in full bloom and, so it seems, are the sheep with their enormous fleece atop toothpick legs. All of the animals are spending less time inside the barn and more time grazing in the pasture. Perhaps one of the earliest signs of Spring at the farm comes from our peacock who started fanning his beautiful tail feathers several weeks ago. And of course, with schools closed this week for Spring Break, the farm has been buzzing with visitors which is a wonderful sight to see.
