H-ton Girls' BB Hosts West Babylon on Thursday

The Huntington High School girls' basketball team will put its 7-0 record on the line Thursday night when it hosts league foe West Babylon in Louis D. Giani Gymnasium. Tipoff is set for 5:45 p.m. Admission is free.

The Blue Devils are ranked No. 5 on Long Island among all public, private and parochial schools. Coached by Mike Kaplan and Marissa Bergmann, Huntington captured the Lady Devils Invitational Tournament at Freeport last week, topping previously undefeated Levittown Division in the finals, 54-27.

Huntington is led by Heather Forster, Samantha Lynch, Katie Nugent and Caitlin Knowles.
