SEPTA Fundraiser at Bay Club

The Huntington Special Education PTA will host a fundraising event at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 21, at The Head of the Bay Club in Huntington Bay.

Tickets are on sale now for $75; please RSVP by May 6. To order tickets send a check payable to Huntington SEPTA to: SEPTA, 50 Tower St., Huntington Station, N.Y. 11746.

There will be a refreshment hour, buffet dinner, dancing, live auction and raffle baskets and live music by The Willie Steel Band.

SEPTA is a district-wide organization devoted to promoting quality learning experiences for Huntington students, while recognizing each child's learning differences. Past fundraising dinners have helped SEPTA purchase computer technology for students with autism; speech and language materials; funding for a summer bike camp; field trips; and games and supplies for social skills clubs.

SEPTA also awards two annual scholarships for Huntington seniors.
