Thar She Blows Family Day at the Museum

The Whaling Museum, Neighbor

Join our annual festivities as we celebrate National Week of the Ocean!  Visitors of all ages can celebrate the art of the sea, try scrimshaw and enjoy live performers singing sea shanties.  Touch an artifact from the Museum collection and get you face painted!  Free with paid admission.  Family-level members $4 per child.  Additional fee of $1 for scrimshaw and face painting.
