Kerriann Flanagan Brosky Book Talk & Signing

Kerriann Flanagan Brosky, author of The Medal, a novel, speaks about her most inspirational work yet.

Based on the author’s true story, The Medal also incorporates the mystical life of Padre Pio who bore the five wounds of Christ. Padre Pio was declared a saint in 2002, and he continues to perform miracles despite the fact that he’s been dead since 1968.

Six-time, award winning author Kerriann Flanagan Brosky, known for her Ghosts of Long Island  books, has been featured in a number of publications including The New York Times, Newsday and Distinction magazine. She has appeared on CBS’ Sunday Morning Show, “Ticket” with Laura Savini, News 12 Long Island, and The Thinking Writer in East Hampton, for her previously published non-fiction books. Kerriann hosts a weekly Internet radio show on Blogtalk Radio, “The Kerriann & Joe Show - Spirit Connection,” and is a columnist for Village Connection magazine, a blogger for Patch.com, and a contributing writer and photographer for Edible Long Island. Kerriann is President Emeritus of the Long Island Authors Group, and is a well-known speaker who draws standing-room-only crowds to her lectures. Her debut novel, The Medal, a work of inspirational fiction, was released in the fall of 2012.
