Since her debut on Food Network in 2002, Giada De Laurentiis has been enticing Americans with her updated twists on Italian Favorites.  Her dedication to ease, healthfulness, and flavor have won her a permanent place in the hearts of home cooks.  In this class we will explore how she cooks for those dearest to her.

Artichoke and Bean Crostini, Bibb, Basil and Mint Salad, Chicken Milanese with Tomato and Fennel Sauce and Raspberry Pound Cake with Vino Santo Cream.

For Classes call (631) 549-4699 or please visit our store.   Classes cost $60.00-$75.00 per person.  Pre-payment is required to reserve class space.  Class spaces are sold on first come, first serve basis.  We realize that cancellations sometimes occur.  If you cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the class, we will happily give you a full refund or apply the fee to another class.  Otherwise the payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.  The menus are subjected to change due to availability of ingredients or at the chefs discretion.
