Rap Workshop and a Board Meeting

Ah, new day, new week and hey, no snow.

1.The school board meets tonight at 7:30 at Jack Abrams school. 

2. Rap and the Spoken Word is scheduled for 6 to 8 tonight at the , featuring a writing workshop and an open mic.

3. It's not too early to register for the Townwide Fund's St. Patrick's Day Run on March 19.

4. The pantry at St. Hugh of Lincoln Roman Catholic Church in Huntington Station is taking donations of cereal,  rice and pasta, macaroni and cheese, corn, canned fruit, fruit juices, and other items.

5. Report cards will be posted today for parents of Whitman students.
