Assemblyman Chad Lupinacci (R,C,WF,I-Huntington Station) recently attended the grand opening of the Chicken Coop Restaurant on Gerard Street in Huntington. The Chicken Coop offers a variety of local free-range chicken meals and side dishes complete with environmentally-friendly utensils and take-out boxes.
“It was a privilege to participate in the Chicken Coop Restaurant’s ribbon cutting,” said Lupinacci. “The Chicken Coop not only offers delicious meals, but their commitment to a sustainable environment will have a positive impact on our community for generations. The mix of fresh, local foods and a great atmosphere will be a tremendous asset to the Huntington community. “
