Paramount to Host Emergency Blood Drive

Thousands of scheduled donations lost because of Hurricane Sandy.

The Paramount is hosting an emergency blood drive Tuesday to help make up for the loss of about 6,000 units of blood because of Hurricane Sandy.

Many people canceled their donations because of the superstorm.

The drive is scheduled for 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the New York Avenue theater.
