HAC Fundraiser Comedy Cabaret & Dinner featuring Isaacs & Baker

What's better than a night of laughter, good food and friends?  Grab your friends and grab a ticket to Huntington Arts Council's Comedy Cabaret featuring comedy improv duo Isaacs & Baker.  This fundraising dinner & event will be held October 4, 2012 at the newly renovated Thatched Cottage, Centerport, NY.  “Fundraising is an essential part of the non-profit livelihood, so we want to have laugh while we raise money for a great charity, Huntington Arts Council,” says Andrea Maire, Huntington Arts Council Board President “Everybody loves a good comedian, and we have two.”

Discovered at our "Got Talent? Long Island" showcase, Isaacs & Baker's totally unique comedy experience was an immediate audience favorite.  Now it's your turn to laugh, because with Isaacs & Baker, you don't just watch the show; you're a part of it. Their fast-paced, off the cuff show is based entirely on the event theme or vibe of the audience. Audience members shout out ideas and suggestions, so there's no predicting the punch line and no two shows are the same.

This special ticketed event begins at 6pm with cocktails (cash bar) and buffet dinner, followed by the show that will have audience members laughing in the aisles.  Tickets are $40 HAC Members, $50 non-members, and tables of 10 are $400.  Tickets may be purchased by online at http://huntingtonarts.org/comedy.cfm (a handling fee will apply), by mail to our office or in person at our Huntington Arts Council office, 213 Main Street, Huntington, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.  Sponsorships are still available to support this Island-wide event. Please call Diana Cherryholmes, Executive Director of the Huntington Arts Council at 631-271-8423 or e-mail dcherryholmes@huntingtonarts.org.
