Joe DeGuardia's Star Boxing will bring Huntington's Chris Algieri back to the Paramount Saturday for a program that will also broadcast the Mayweather/Canelo world title clash on the big screen.
Algieri, an undefeated junior welterweight, will square off against Nicaraguan veteran Wilfredo "EL Zurdo" Acuna in the first bout.
Algieri swept a 10-round unanimous decision over former world title challenger Mike Arnaoutis on July 20 at the Paramount, moving his record to 17-0-0 (7KO's).
Acuna is 14-12-0 (11KO's).
