Library Cookbooks for Sale
South Huntington library group raising funds for programs.
The South Huntington Friends of the Library's 50th Anniversary Community Cookbook is now on sale.
The book features recipes contributed by friends and neighbors, including Asian cocktail meatballs and Hasselback potatoes to sauerbraten and zucchini bread.
The cookbooks sell for $10 and may be purchased at the Circulation Desk.
Proceeds help fund the Friends of the South Huntington Public Library to support library programs and services, such as the annual Summer Reading Clubs for children, teens and adults; author visits and purchasing permanent art for the library.
