Second Precinct arrests: Jan. 25 to Jan. 30.

 

The following information is from the Suffolk County Police Department's crime blotter. Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Jan. 30

Santos Sorto from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for DWI, with a previous conviction in the last 10 years.

Frank Prianti from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for second degree harassment.

Taimak Witherspoon from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for harassment, second degree.

Marghereriti Dovi from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington for grand larceny fourth degree, property value less than $1000.

David Windsor from Belle Harbor was arrested in Huntington for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Thomas Smith from Huntington was arrested in Huntington for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Eric Villalobos from Huntington was arrested in Huntington for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Jimmy Salazar from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for unlicensed operator violations.

Andres Castillocaraballo from Port Washington was arrested in Huntington Station for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Jan. 29

Diomedes Abreu from Huntington Station arrested in Huntington Station for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Jose Hernandez from Oyster Bay was arrested in Huntington Station for unlicensed operator violations.

Kathleen Clark from St. James was arrested in Huntington Station for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Jason Mann from Centerport was arrested in Huntington Station for criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh degree.

John Campaiola from Smithtown was arrested in Huntington for DWI, first offense.

Latanya Thompson from Huntington was arrested in Huntington Station for aggravated unlicensed operation.

Edel Moreira from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for trespass and exposure of a person.

Darlene Deredita from Huntington Station was arrested in Dix Hills for petit larceny.

Francisco Benitez from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for unlicensed operator violations.

Star Clark from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for criminal possession of controlled substance, seventh degree.

Joseph Munyon from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for criminal possession of controlled substance, seventh degree.

Anthony Pabon of Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh degree.

Alexander Thomas from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for aggravated unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, third degree.

Georgina Torres from Huntington was arrested in Huntington for possession of a forged instrument, second degree.

Kelly Brister from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for criminal contempt, second degree, disobeying court.

Kenneth Patrick from Sparta was arrested in Huntington for grand larceny, third degree.

Timothy Hardge from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station for resisting arrest and criminal misconduct, intent to damage property.

Wills Abellard from Hollis was arrested in Huntington Station for resisting arrest and for CPSD, fourth degree, possession of credit card.

David Friedman from New York was arrested in Huntington for possession of a forged instrument, second degree.

Even though its written "Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty", I really appreciate knowing what my fellow "neighbors" in the Town of Huntington are up to! Thank you Patch for reporting this - it is a eye opener for sure...

The cops have nothing better to do then to make these Bullshit arrests there are people getting shot and kill in Huntington n the cop are locking up people for smoking weed and for possession to the seven

@matt how do you know that those arrested weren't gang members? They probably were at least some. If you want the pay then take the job. I bet you can't qualify. Maybe you'd fail the drug test . Huntington is as safe as it is because SCPD does a great job

Minor crimes can lead to major crimes. One arrest might reform someone so therefore these arrests are necessary and important. Reporting them is also avoid idea as it sends a message to other would be criminals! Keep up the good work SCPD!
