JENNIFER MOSDEN

Work: Manages financials for a growing health care practice.

Contributions to the district:
Mosden said she is passionate about educating the WHOLE child. She is excited about the vast course selections and many fine award-winning programs available in the district as she advocates their necessity for successful education. After years of assisting with the Drama Club Parents Association, Ms. Mosden was selected as president, where she worked diligently to build a team of parents that would support the drama program and assist the students to meet their production deadlines. The Sound of Music was the most successful production in more than ten years, thanks to the incredible parents, students, and staff who worked tirelessly and collaboratively.

Other:
Daughter attends Huntington High School and her son goes to  Woodhull.

What I can contribute:
I am experienced in budgeting and identifying efficiencies for successful management.  Although fiscally conservative, I am a strong supporter for meeting the different learning and development needs of all children. A team builder and volunteer, I look forward to working with the community to elevate Huntington as a district of first choice.
