Every Minute Counts

Sometimes, life gets in the way. Work, family obligations, and especially sleep can stand in the way of getting to the gym. And, when you get in the habit of letting life force you to miss your sessions, you’ll quickly become even more likely to give up on the idea of hitting the gym all together.

Instead of skipping your workout entirely because of a scheduling conflict, try to squeeze in a session with whatever time you may have during the day. It may seem a little silly at first glance, but even 15-20 minutes is better than nothing at all. In addition to the immediate benefits of exercise, making sure you find the time will help you in the long run as well.

Simply going to the gym on a regular basis helps your body develop and nurture a desire to return. Again, even if it’s only for a few minutes, making time for a speedy session will produce big benefits down the road.
