Alice Byrne, Neighbor

Alice Byrne, a native of Dublin, Ireland, has lived in New York for the past 17 years. She has worked in the entertainment industry since she was 15 years old, both as a singer and actor, appearing in numerous commercials and a movie.

She currently works as a freelance writer, singer and children's performer, bringing her own Irish stories and programs to Long Island schools and libraries.

Alice also performs as lead singer and percussionist with Big George's Blues Band and punk band BLOODHOUNDS.

Her first children's book, A Trip Up The Dublin Mountains, based on a true story, will be published as an e-book this year. Alice is also working on securing a publishing deal for her memoir, Limbo, filled with an abundance of humor, hard tests and triumphs.
