Here's an eye opener, not every home on the market is going to sell. Think about it ... no, I really mean think about it. There is far more of a supply of Huntington homes on the market than there are qualified buyers (demand) for these homes. That translates into some sellers being successful while other sellers will not be. Some Huntington homeowners will accomplish their goals of upsizing, downsizing, rightsizing or relocating while others will put their life plans on hold indefinitely.
