Ninth Annual Women's Networking Day and Volunteers Needed at Community Thrift Shop

Each year, the Town Board and the Division of Women's Services holds a networking program designed for women to meet and exchange information and ideas. Women of all ages, and with a wide array of business and personal interests, will gather together to share their empowering energy. On Wednesday, Oct. 27, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., nearly 400 women are expected to attend the 9th Annual Women's Networking Day at Larkfield Manor in East Northport. The theme of this year's event is "Empowering Today's Woman – The Tools for Success," where the focus will be on strategies to enable women to become successful in their personal and business endeavors.
