The center offers moms all types of…More activities, programs and classes to help moms focus on themselves and take some well-deserved "me" time.</p> <p>The center offers the following: a variety of classes and workshops, zumba, yoga and pilates classes, counseling, support groups, coaching, massage therapy, skin care treatments, special events like "Mom's Night Out," space and offices to complete work or just relax and read and mommy-and-me classes. Moms may pay per activity or purchase a membership. Rooms at the center are available to rent for private parties and free babysitting is offered at the center for all members.</p>
