Last Hope

<p>Last Hope Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation has been in existence since 1981. This is not a shelter but instead this group works on rescuing and rehabilitating animals. One of the major goals of this organization is to help reduce the cat and dog overpopulation on Long Island. It also helps educate the public on pet ownership issues.</p> <p>This location is the cat and kitten adoption center. Last year, more than 70 dogs and 400 cats and kittens were adopted from Last Hope and its adoption centers. Visit Last Hope's Web site to see what animals are available.</p>
