The Diva wants to enliven the community by filling empty retail stores with engaging pop-up retail events.

1. We rent your clean retail space for a nominal fee for a short term
2. We may decorate [paint] but always invite local vendors to set up a pop-up shop in your store
3. We open for business for a short term
4. We invite customers using social media
5. Everyone posts on social media including the vendors, the Diva and you!
6. You use this event as an open house for potential renters/buyers. They can observe the flow of business in the area, the types of customers that this locale can attract or maybe even if one of the vendors is ready to open a brick and mortar store, this may be their way of trying out the store before making that commitment.  Consider The Pop-Up Diva as the one who stages your store before showing to renters and buyers

What Makes The Pop-Up Diva so Different?

The Diva is way more than a business that plans vendor events. The Diva wants to improve business in the local community so that the entire community benefits from her work.  Not only does she encourage all local micro and small businesses to participate in her events, she also expects them to promote these events using their own social media channels.  By creating events both indoors and outdoors, in empty retail venues, cooperatively with existing businesses and summertime active environments, The Diva hopes to keep her vendors active and exposed to the local community.  It is the goal of The Pop-Up Diva to create a vibrant and stimulating environment for small and micro businesses to grow and flourish, eventually filling those empty retail spaces with successful entrepreneurs.

The Diva Believes in Giving Back

The Diva always believes in giving back to her community.  This may take the form of free table space to a local charity, such as a food pantry or pet charity.  It may even include free small business classes to local vendors to grow and maintain their businesses. Whatever form it takes, you can be sure that The Diva is giving back to her community.
