Chris Wallace scored three times as St. Anthony's won its first state CHSAA ice hockey title.

Chris Wallace scored the decisive goal with one second left, Newsday reported. It was Wallace's third goal of the game while Mike Marnell added three assists. St. Anthony's led 3-1, but needed the last-second goal to finish its season perfect.

The Friars have won , but no downstate team has ever beaten a Buffalo representative for the state crown, according to Athletic Director .
