Preview: Lawrence vs. Huntington LI Title Game

At 12 p.m. Saturday, Lawrence High School (10-1) and Huntington High School (8-3) will square off for Long Island Championship at Stony Brook University.

Last week, Lawrence won in the game's final seconds on the first-career field goal by Dan Reiskin. This came after a big defensive stand by Lawrence, which forced the Plainedge to punt.

Jordan Fredericks led the way with 249 yards and three touchdowns on the ground. 

Huntington High School captured the Suffolk County crown with a 26-18 victory over Sayville. After being down 12-0 early, Ben Kocis led the comeback as he rushed for two touchdowns.
