The Huntington football team suffered its first loss of the season Saturday, a last-minute, 20-19, defeat to Amityville. The Warriors scored 14 fourth-quarter points and Sean Walters’ shuttle pass to Eric Willis for the two-point play with 1:27 left capped the rally.  

The game was memorable, but just part of a festive day. The Homecoming parade was followed by the crowning of a new king and queen. Everything went as planned. But the Blue Devils could not deliver a win.
