The Blue Devils boys lacrosse team faces Shoreham-Wading River at Stony Brook in the championship game Wednesday.

The will try to add another title to its trophy case on Wednesday when they face off against Shoreham-Wading River in Wednesday's Suffolk County Class B final.

The Blue Devil program is no stranger to Class B county championship games. They won county and Long Island titles in 2005, 2006, and 2007. They added state championships in 2005 and 2006.

As the stars of those teams moved on to star for college programs, the Huntington program tried to re-build. They missed the playoffs in each of the three seasons following the 2007 season, but erased those disappointments this year with a fifth-place finish in the regular season. They got to the county championship with road playoff wins over and defending County champion , who finished the regular season unbeaten.
