A presentation on "The Basics of Raising Backyard Chickens for Food, Fun and Friendship" will be given by Dr. Mark Bridgen, a Professor at Cornell University, on Saturday, June 23, at noon.
Dr. Bridgen has been raising chickens for more than 25 years and is an authority on the care and management of chickens in the home.
