Strength Training for Seniors
A strength training class for seniors will be offered from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting April 5 at the Senior Center on the Village Green.
Fitness training specilaist Jim Denniston will lead the 8-week class. The fee is $25 for the 16 sessions. Classes run April 5-May 26.
Preregistration is required at the Senior Center's main office, Room 103.
