Our free weekly group workouts offer modifications to meet ALL levels, personal needs & physical ability. We begin every workout with a warm up & lead the group through a cardio-based Beachbody® DVD program.
RSVP necessary to attend, space is limited. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to sign in and set up! Each meeting is free, however we do request a non-perishable food donation to help us in our ongoing support of Island Harvest, Long Island's largest hunger relief organization.
