June 6: Washington field day rain date; SEPTA thank you luncheon at noon; Band Banquet at 7:30 p.m; Grades 4 and 8 science written test; Board of Education Meeting at 7:30 p.m. at Jack Abrams Intermediate School.

June 7:  Huntington Foreign Language Honor Society Induction at 7 p.m. at Café; Huntington PTSA meeting at 9:45 a.m; SEPTA meeting at 7 p.m. at Finley.

June 8: Jefferson Volunteer Recognition Dinner at 6:30 p.m.; Washington Volunteer Dinner at 7:30 p.m.; Finley volunteer Luncheon at 11 a.m.

June 10: Flowerhill field day rain date.

June 11: Jefferson Community Day 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; ACT at Huntington

South Huntington School District #13

June 6: Grades 4 and 8 New York State Science Written Test; Walt Whitman Sports awards ceremony.

June 7: Countrywood Grade 2 Games Day; Oakwood Field Day; Stimson Middle School 8th Grade Awards Night, 7 p.m.; NYSSMA Major Organization; Band/Orchestra, South Huntington; District Office: SHEF Meeting at 7:30 p.m.

June 8: - District office PTA council meeting. Awards and lunch 10 a.m.; Oakwood Field Day; Walt Whitman business awards night at 7 p.m.

June 9: Countrywood Grade 1 Games Day; Countrywood and Maplewood PTA Installation Dinner at 7 p.m.; Oakwood Field Day; Walt Whitman World Language Honor Society Induction at 7:30 p.m.; Walt Whitman Close of 4th Quarter; last day of instruction.

June 10: Countrywood Kindergarten Games Day; Oakwood raindate field day; Stimson Grade 8 Bon Voyage Dance, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

June 11: Walt Whitman ACT testing.

St. Anthony's High School

June 6: Senior Prom

June 7: Father's Guild Board Meeting; Last Day of Late Buses; Last day of classes; End of Fourth marking period.

June 8: Senior Barbecue; Graduation set up; Gym closes at 2:30 p.m.; School exams.

June 9: Graduation practice for seniors; School exams; End of the year faculty luncheon; Graduation set up.

Friday June 10 - Graduation Mass; School exams; Graduation set up

Saturday June 11 - Commencement exercises.

Maybe 4 for $100 or 2 for $60. They were looked at by a store owner who wanted to purchase and sell in her store for $50 each. They are very cute, very trendy :)

I would love to become part of the Huntington Chamber of Commerce. However, for a new business itRead More is costly and may not fit into every new business owners budget. May I suggest a provisional 1-year membership at a reduced cost. Once successful the provisional members can give back by supporting other new members.
