Good morning, all. Where's the video camera when you need one?

1.Amid the grim news about aid cuts and school budgets, the will take the time to honor some of its finest teachers, handing out teacher of the year awards for the district and having its business meeting, 7:30 p.m. at Whitman High School. Wildcats say Pip! but Countrywood is in command.

2. president Bill Dwyer is in Washington to meet with officials from the Department of Justice and the office of U.S. Rep. Steve Israel (D-Huntington), accompanied by other activists. It's part of an effort to find federal grants to help the Huntington Station community. We'll have an interview as soon as we can.

3. The meets at 7:30 p.m.
