Overcoming Long-Term Unemployment & Finding A Job

Even if you have been unemployed for a while, you can find a job! Career coach Stan Broitman will review the main job search skills such as branding and job search strategy, resume writing, networking and taking an interview. He will also discuss the 10 most important "to-dos" for finding a job, including developing and sticking to your job search discipline; getting a support group together and having frequent meetings; working or volunteering while you're looking for work; asking for help, and, surprisingly, not spending 8 hours a day job searching online and sending out resumes. The workshop is free and open to all.
