Men's wellness lecture

Men's Health and wellness is rarely evaluated properly early in life. We all have fathers, husbands and grandfathers. In taking care of the family it is important to recognize what you can do to improve the health of the "men in your life." Careful evaluation in males shows the well known progressive age-related changes of decreased muscle mass, low energy, decreased libido, insomnia, nervousness and depression, hair loss and increasing abdominal girth. For the thin, healthy athletic man we should be aware of osteoporosis and osteopenia. Optimal health is dependent on balance hormones, and not just one or two. Imbalances of estrogen to testosterone and testosterone to progesterone need to be considered. Dr. Banks will take you on a clear and concise journey, sharing both science and clinical pearls. http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=240594862634304
