A business group called SCORE will offer a workshop and counseling to help small businesses develop their market plans, in the library's meeting room.

SCORE, called 'counselors to America's small businesses,' is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow and succeed nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
