The town of Huntington will celebrate Black History Month at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, at Town Hall.
Keynote speaker will be the Honorable Deborah A. Dowling, who was re-elected in November to her second term as a Kings County Supreme Court justice in Brooklyn.
