MLK Event Supports rock CAN roll...

rock CAN roll, delivering food, basic necessities and hope for our neighbours in need!

Many thanks to all who attended yesterday's MLK Event at the Suffolk JCC in Commack!  A special thanks to Mr. Richard Koubek, who organized the event!

Titled "Shelter Me, O God:  A Multicultural, Interfaith Service and Choir Concert for Homeless and Hungry Long Islanders" did just that!

330+ healthy nonperishable food items were collected and are enroute to the food panty at St. Hugh's in Huntington Station.

Many thanks to our rock CAN roll volunteers! These girls rock! With friends like YOU we CAN beat hunger! (see photo)
