VetDogs Golf Classic; 'Jaws' at Crabmeadow

5 things happening around town Monday.

 There’s plenty going on in Huntington Monday. Here’s a sampling:

  1. The third annual gets underway at 9:30 a.m. at the Huntington Country Club.  Daniel Rodriguez, known as “The Singing Policeman” and “America’s Beloved Tenor,” will perform the National Anthem at the start of the event.
  2. The meets at 7 p.m. at Finley school.
  3. Movies on the Lawn continues with “Jaws” at Crabmeadow Beach, at 8:30 p.m.
  4. The International Youth Fellowship’s World Camp goes off at at 10 a.m.
  5. If you’re an artist looking to apply for a grant, call the Huntington Arts Council for information. 631-271-8423. There’s a workshop at the at 5:30 p.m.
