: A bill introduced by Suffolk County Legis. William Spencer this month would ban smoking at all county-owned or operated parks and beaches possibly forcing those who enjoy cigarrettes to abstain from firing up a smoke on county land.

: Voters approved the $142-million South Huntington school budget Tuesday night by a vote of 2,336 to 837.

: Voters elected incumbent Emily Rogan, Xavier Palacios and Tom DiGiacomo to the Huntingon school board Tuesday. Also voted in was the $112 million budget.

: Huntington Union Free School District voters speak to Patch as they exit the polls on school board election day Tuesday.

: Culminating an extensive restoration project, the Town of Huntington dedicated the newly-restored Arsenal May 6.

: Huntington resident Jane Devine was unanimously reappointed to a second term on the Suffolk County Water Authority Board this month.

Maybe 4 for $100 or 2 for $60. They were looked at by a store owner who wanted to purchase and sell in her store for $50 each. They are very cute, very trendy :)

I would love to become part of the Huntington Chamber of Commerce. However, for a new business itRead More is costly and may not fit into every new business owners budget. May I suggest a provisional 1-year membership at a reduced cost. Once successful the provisional members can give back by supporting other new members.
